In search of organically grown seasonal vegetables, healthy beef, pork, and chicken, we have visited and fostered relationships with farmers and producers throughout the country. Using charcoal and wood to fuel the fire, we boil, saute and grill, carefully selecting the cooking method that best brings out the taste. Please also enjoy our organic wine, made with care by selected winers.
